Due to the nature of our products we cannot offer direct refunds, but we do grant in-store credits and reshipments when necessary. If you have any issues with our products please contact our support team and we will be happy to work towards a positive solution.
1. Add desired products to the shopping cart.
2. Once you have added all your desired products to the cart, click the cart. From the cart menu you may choose to “View Cart” or proceed directly to “Checkout”.
3. The “View Cart” page will enable you to remove items from your cart, edit quantities, and apply discount codes. Once you are satisfied with the items in your cart, proceed to the “Checkout Page”
4. At the “Checkout” page; you can input your shipping information, select a payment method, view shipping costs, and also apply discount codes
5. Once you have placed your order by clicking “Place Order” payment instructions will be displayed on the screen, and also emailed to you. Please follow the payment instructions on screen to complete your order.

Yes, it’s 100% legal at the time of sale. As of today the Psilocybin molecule is prohibited by the Canadian Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, however the Psilocybin fungus is not.
What exactly does this mean? Psilocybin is not present in a Psilocybin culture until late into the fruiting stage of the mushroom cycle, which makes all of our product legal.
Let’s be clear if you are cultivating normal mushrooms there is nothing illegal about that. If you are cultivating Psilocybin mushrooms , they only become illegal late into the fruiting stage and especially once they are dried. Although shrooms can be illegal, the law is loosely enforced and we do expect full legalization in the future.

Yes it is. We package all of our shipments in plain envelopes and boxes with temperature controls (when needed), and we do not have any external logos or stickers on the packaging.
Payments are processed by our parent company and show no mention of mushrooms or psilocybe.

Mushroom growth cycle times can vary greatly depending on many different variables. From start to finish it will take between 1 and 3 months.
Spore prints are good for up to 10 years.
Spore syringes are good for 10 – 12 months, and should be refrigerated upon arrival.
Agar cultures are good for 1 – 2 months, and should be refrigerated upon arrival.
Leaving syringes or agar at room temperature will not harm them but it will reduce their lifespan. If you are not using it right away, store in the refrigerator until later use.
Rule of thumb: More spore solution equals faster colonization time. Spore syringes are sold in 10ml units. With an approximate colonization time of 2 to 4 weeks.
We suggest using 5ml of spore solution for 1L mason jars.
We suggest using 10 – 20ml of spore solution for a spawn bag.
The time of colonization is also dependent on how much spawn you use and its quality. More spawn results in a longer colonization time.
